FRI  FELLOW OF THE REAL ESTATE INSTITUTE

The FRI designation is the longest standing achievement in the Real Estate profession in Canada.

It is awarded to less than 10% of all real estate professionals in recognition of their individual effort, commitment, training and ethical conduct.  In all of Canada, only 2,500 people hold this designation.

FRI members are amongst the leaders of the Canadian real estate profession.  They are found in all major Canadian real estate companies and hold many of the most senior positions in both private and public sectors.

They are professionals committed to the pursuit of excellence.

FRI's COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE

FRI certification is a designation that is not automatically given to a realtor.

It is earned by a small number of real estate professionals who have demonstrated, in the course of their careers, their dedication and determination to provide only the highest quality real estate service to their clients and to follow FRI’s standards of both business and ethical conduct.

Only those who accept FRI’s challenge can reap the benefits of the FRI membership and FRI designation.

To qualify for the FRI designation, each candidate must hold a valid real estate licence with at least five years of creditable real estate experience.
