Dear Aileen and Casey,

On this day of “closing” for the sale of our Markham property we wish to take a moment to acknowledge and thank you for your excellent service. Buying and selling a home is hard work for the home owner. It’s also fraught with emotional challenges. But the high quality of your services significantly eased both the effort and the anxiety for us.

We selected you after a blind calls and interviews with representatives of five companies. We had decided to use our own professional capacities to select the best firm and brokers for us. After a week of presentations and interviews we chose you because: (1) you treated us with respectfully and professionally; (2) you showed a capacity to reach potential markets for our property, that exceeded the capacities of all others; (3) we saw creativity and flare for presenting our home to prospective buyers; (4) you quickly established rapport and a sense of teamwork with us; and (5) you beat others on price for your services.

All these factors promised a good realty experience. We are so delighted to reflect that promise was more than fulfilled! Your communications were clear and informative; Your judgments about important things like price-setting and negotiations were incisive; your guidance and directions for us were timely, gentle, relevant and helpful; your staff supported our team effort seamlessly; and, bottom line, the house sold in shorter time, and at higher price, than we predicted. You achieved 45 showings in three weeks and we went through negotiations with only one buyer to achieve these results. We are delighted.

Both of us had not looked forward to this experience – as you know we did consider trying to sell the property on our own! But working with you mitigated all of our concerns.
