She was very accommodating in arranging her schedule to set up viewings for my visit to Toronto. In preparation for my arrival, she had sent me details of listings of possible fits. Sharon did and excellent job in planning our viewing tour . Because I was only in town for a few days, it was critical that we didn't waste any time. Somehow, she managed to spent time with me, my wife and my parents on everyday of my visit to make to most of it. Very quickly, Sharon gained a good understanding in what we were and were not interested. She helped us find the right condominium by the end of the visit.
Throughout the search, Sharon was very informative. She offered us a lot of advise, but was never pushy. She was also very patient with us. Being from out-of-town, I was unfamiliar with some of the regulations and conventions surrounding real estate purchase in Toronto. Sharon proved to be a tremendous resource in this regard among many others.
Not only did Sharon help us find the right property quickly, she closely followed through the deal from the initial offer to the final possession. She also had our interest in mind and she had our complete trust in acting on our behalf. She treated us like friends or members of her family.
This has been one of the most enjoyable experiences we had working with a realtor in the purchase of a home. Sharon really understands the meaning of quality customer service and delivers it. We can say this in earnest comparing our experience with Sharon against several other real estate purchases we've made over the years in both the U.S. and Canada. Without hesitation, I would recommend Sharon Ng as an excellent realtor to anyone local or out-of-town intending a real estate purchase in the Metro Toronto and surrounding areas.
